Not trying to offend or cause trouble. Just curious. People say theintelligence level and iq are always the same no matter what race you are. Of course there will be intelligent people in every race, but I mean the average. But since different breeds of the same animal have varying intelligence, why can't humans?
Since different breeds of dogs have different levels of intelligence, does that apply to human races as well?
