Since Blockbuster is going bankrupt, will Blockbuster by Mail be affected?

I am leaving Netflix and thinking of going to Blockbuster by Mail, but my sister just told me that Blockbuster is going out of business. I don't want to sign up with Blockbuster, just to get canceled.
 
Last i heard, the blockbuster online part was bought out by Dish Network. I head at one time, they were going to keep blockbuster online going or do like Red Box but not sure what all is going to happen with it since it may be in the process of being bought by another company.

If its there for you to still sign up for, you can give it a try, worst comes to worst, you may get a letter saying its being closed down or it may stay like it is and you will not get anything about it closing down.
