Sims3- Chaos Mod Painting?

Ok so I downloaded this off of mod the sims and I CAN'T USE IT! I downloaded it and it shows up in the game and stuff but when I go to click it, it says there are no interactions and i don't get why!?!? I have a macbook and only ts3 and no tswa. I downloaded that rick dll thing or whatever but it still doesn't work. Am I missing something? HELP!
