The error may be your computer. Are you on the island? And try switching off boolprop testingcheatsenabled true if it's on.
To learn the hand gestures you need to be greeted by enough locals. GOOD LUCK!!
 
can someone help me?
everytime i try to make my sims learn the hula dance this error keeps popping up and it wont let me learn the dance what can i do? and the other thing is how can my sim learn the hand justers??

if you can give me detailed answers and how to step by step that would be very nice of you.
 
if your using an Xbox 360 those things rune like crap u need a different system
