Sims in the city Urbz for gameboy advance?

i am on the thrid set of goals and in the first thing of goals in the thrid set says to folllow the directions on the bulletin board and i did ( it said 2 search the shrubbery by the museum ) and i got a slip of paper... it says the answers you seek lie beyond the grave but i went to the graveyard and found nothing please help me ! thanxx
