ok, im at the main menu of my sister's sims3. (she knows im using it.) it shows my sisters neighborhood (the only one) and the people who live there. i don't get why it only shows those people, and how to control these new people i made in the first neighborhood.
do i click new game?
will i be able to use the people i just made in her neighborhood?
