Sims 2 Weird... What Happened?

So i had a pregnant sim and she her want meter was really low and she was really tired and had low energy and all of a sudden she disapeared. at first i thought she was dead but their was no memory of her death from her husband and then a while later she just walks out of nowhere and grabs one of the babies and then starts walking (towards what it looked like off the screen) and then she dropped the baby and started giving birth. What happened?
no, she had one baby and then twins but they had both been born for a while now. she just came back and took the baby out of the crib and started walking off
 
glitch prry...game might have been confused because she was going to have a baby and die at the same time...idk next time make her happy?

It was probably just some random glitch that happened. Was it that she just had the one baby that she dropped and then had another?
