I am trying to get the Puffer Fish to give to the Doctor but, I am having the hardest time finding it. Any help would be appreciated, for example when is the best time to find the fish? I mean, what time on the sun dial should it say when you are looking? Another thing is, what color is the puffer fish? All I keep finding are the Catfish & the Turkeyfish, if anyone can help me out then I would really appreciate it.
