I'd like a circuit with wider output swing than a 555 timer that can operate from 12 volts and can deliver 200mA (both sink and source) and oscillate at about 100kHz. If possible, I'd like it to take up no more space on a pcb than an equivalent 555 timer circuit.
Alternatively, can someone point me to an npn/pnp transistor circuit I can add to the 555 timer's output to increase its swing?
Thanks
Oops - by bistable I mean astable
