Simple Salsa

2 fresh ripe mangos - flesh diced
2 Serrano chilies seeded & minced
1/2 red onion diced
2 T fresh cilantro leaves chopped
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
Splash of rice vinegar
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients well and allow ripen in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours (or
more) before serving.

Serve as a relish over fresh baked/fried/saut?ed fish.
