simple question about my ford ranger. please give me an answer to this.?

i bought a 1992 ford ranger and behind the front headlight there is some condensation and fogginess, and i want to know how to get rid of it. some people told me to drill small holes in the bottom of the headlight but idk if that will make it worse or better. tell me what u think i should do to fix this
