Simple flash question....?

I'm thinking of making a site for my mate, how can the content be easily updated for a flash retard like him :P is there any software to help it or can i link the content text with a notepad he updates on the server or whatever etc etc.

And yeah, the site will be 100% flash
using flash cs3
