sim not supported

kindly help me to solve this issue in simple way, I updated my iphone to new version but now sim is not working it is emegency call n connect to itune when i connect to itunes it say sim not supported so plz tell me the solution
 
the phone needs to be activated by using the original carrier sim or you buy 1 of these that you can use to activate the phone DITS-SHOP - 3 IN 1 CARD
 
Next time for you to get fast and proper help, you need to be more specfic about your phone, 2g, 3g, 3gs...The right answer for you is your phone is simlocked that's why you cannot activate with your simcard right now. Even if you have the original simcard or one of so called activation card, 6 in 1 whatever, your phone will not have signal...if you have a 2g or 3g you can jailbreak and unlock no problem but if you have 3gs then you have to wait for new jailbreak and unlock tool to come out to unlock your phone..
