I have a Nokia phone (old one). I put in a Vodafone SIM card and it worked absolutely fine.
Soon afterwards, for reasons which I am not going to go into. I moved the card to another phone (Sendo) and got Sim Invalid. I tried the card in a second (Sendo) phone and got the same message.
Both of the Sendos work perfectly when they get their old (Vodafone) SIM is put back in.
A few weeks later I did a similar thing with another SIM card. Same result. Seems that if a SIM has been in the Nokia then it won't work with the Sendo phones. If I put the SIM back in the Nokia then it works fine.
None of the phones are faulty, but the Sendos won't accept a T-Mobile SIM (if this is relevant)
Is the Nokia somehow changing the SIM card so it can't be used elsewhere?
