my cousin gave me a phone from rogers mobile in canada. i wanna activate it for my verizon network when i get back to the U.S. any idea how to do that? because i know verizon doesnt just sim cards...

note: i mite be switching to AT&T so can and AT&T sim card work in the phone from rogers? (the phone is a pearl flip)

Sorry Verizon network would not be compatible with that phone since Verizon doesn't use any sim cards and Verizon uses a different network called CDMA.

As far as using it on A T&T, you would have to unlock the phone first. You would need to unlock the software on the phone then you can just insert your A T&T sim into the cell phone and it will work. However the cell phone must be unlocked first before your sim card from A T&T would be accepted on that phone.
