Signing up with Giganews , trouble with a few options

hi mesaman , Windy , JustDOSE and team , im having a couple of quandaries with 3 options signing up with Giganews.


i have the 2 options and not sure if i should select Yes or No for each

YES/NO Terms & Conditions.
YES/NO Acceptable Use Policy.


i am going to DL the odd DVD , Gamecube , PS2 game


also is it auto Debit of CC each month ? or do i have to manually pay each month ?
