My husband and I are thinking about moving back to his parents house to help them out, financially. We are hoping that, after about a year, it might be possible for them to sign the house over to us, and have it become ours. Are there any benefits to that, or would be we better off having them just keep it in their names and us paying the bills? Might we get hit with taxes or fees...Any help would be appreciated.
