Signed movies - a question

Tv companies are obliged by law to show a certain quota of programs with signing, are cinemas are also required to cater for the deaf?

I'm not sure how the law goes on this as a lot of cinemas in the UK ain't actually part of British film companies, however my local UCI now Odeon do have subs for hard of hearing and the occasional signed film, but sadly there isn't many showings & these are always shown at peak times where customers have to pay more to see a film
