WHen I am biking down the road at night, I get a stream of lines coming from street lights down onto the road in front of me. If I tip my head back I can practically get rid of the lines and they just sit around the light itself but this is uncomfortable and not really practical
Question is, "is this normal?".. I do not know if everyone has the same problem or whether its a problem with my eyes.. I also get an amount of "glare" around lighte, namely red lights on back of cars and cycle lights.
Pic below to try and describe the extenct of how far these lines come out from the lights themselfs...

Also I have been lookin into lazer surgery, and apparnetly the "wavelength" treatment can remove imperfectations such as glare, would this be something that could resolve the line issue?
