Siemens M35 dead!

Hi

I have siemens M35 he don't switch on! I wash pcb and I use hot air but phone still dead? I try write to the phone repair file but don't start. Batery is ok

I be waiting for sugestion...
 
measure with your digital multitester with have a ringer to your battery pads (+) (-), connect the black wire (-) and red wire (+) to your phone (battery pads). if there is any sound out from your multimeter, it must be your PA damage, but if not there is no PA problem. in your case, i think it's RF damage or Dialog damage. try change it. if still post me, but i want to know, what software do you use ?
