I really need siemens a56i flash for sst or joker.I tried a56 only but the phone still dead.pls. i needed it so bad because i have to revive my customer;s phone

this is american model. If you try to flash with the european flash (A56), of course to be dead...
I don't know how to you find the fullflash for this american model.
Try with Martech or Dreambox.
