hello friend try this
use joker 3.5.6 (if u have 'nt just tel me)
battery full
select bootkey boot type
select a31 model
do SERVICE MODE >>> DEL INSTANCE >>> DEFRAG EEPROM
power phone .... it will hang
wait 5mn .... phone will be okay..... so try this ... you lose nothing ...
