I have insurance on it and it keeps messing up like it freezes, drains battery on normal things such as calling it will drain about a bar of battery after like 2 mins of talking on the phone. When it reaches 3 bars service shuts off then keeps searching for network until it dies and it dies in about 5mins or 10mins of searching. Would I have to pay for anything? Because its all their fault and they made a crappy phone with AIM that needs internet access and it comes with no calculator. Only thing I'm worried about is if I get charged for a new phone just because this one has a cracked screen
