Sidekick 2008 Tmail Problem?

so i got this sidekick 2008 from my some and he used it with internet i had it for a week with no internet and had no problem i just turned the internet on it and it asks me to sign in and has his tmail name in grey so i cant change it and asks for the password wich i dont know. i asked them and they dont know either help
