I just bought a used Sidekick LX 2008 and I love it except it looses connection all the time it will have a white x over the number 7. I tried customer care and they said they put a ticket out for the problem. Its driving me nuts because it will drop my calls it will go totally silent on the other end even though it says im connected and then it will come up with an error message NET9 wireless services are unavailable. is there a way to fix this? PLEASE HELP!!!!
