sidekick 09 wont turn on..?

okay so my sidekick has been acting up. this isn'tt the 1st time it has happened. The first time it did this to me all i had to do was wait a while with the charger in... and it worked. Now nothing its been like this for 2 days and i don't know what to do. i tried the holding W thing and it failed. my sidekick opens normally but it stops on the part b4 it spell's out sidekick and just stays on that screen for hours. I really don't know what to do =(
