Sidekick 09 screen problem if you have one answers this?

Ok I baught this phone off eBay and it looks n works fine only thing is that the screen when ever you touch it; it's like if you touch a flat screen tv it shows that you put pressure. Idk if it's because of a cheap lens it has on it because it's not the factory one. or if it's because it's just like that. Please answer n let me know thankss
