Ok my friend was using my sidekick 08 & he didnt want it anymore so he gave it to me when he gave it to me i bought a prepaid sim card and registered everything & everything was going good until the battery started saying it was going dead. I plugged it into the wall charge & COMPUTER & when id id this the light turns on that indictaes that it is on the charger but on the screen it stays the same. Like if its dieing itll have the [ ! ] sighn and it stays like that even when plugged in./ i tryed everything & customer care does not work can someone please help!
