Side effects of Sertraline (Zoloft)

I am currently taking 100mg of Sertraline (Zoloft) daily to help me manage and overcome my anxiety and OCD. I'm benefitting from this dose of medication to a certain extent, but I find myself wondering if a higher dose would help to provide more stability in my life. To anyone who has knowledge or experience with Zoloft, do the side effects worsen after an increase in dosage? I haven't had much to complain about with my current dose of medication, and I'm trying to gauge the positives and the negatives of a higher dosage.
