side effects of retin a micro

my 2 year old son has a case of moloskin which is
little warts on his stomach and underneath his penis area. my doctor prescribed RETIN A MICRO to treat it.

Im concerned if its not too strong to use in the penis area, and if this cream could harm a male's sperm.
 
I don't think you have to worry about Retin-a harming your son's sperm,but I could definitely see that it might be rather harsh or cause some irritation.When I used it,it really dried my face out a lot and made it peel constantly.You may have to be sure to apply a moisturizer so this doesn't happen.
If it does,cut back on how often you are using it and contact the dr.
