Side effects of medicine? please help?

my daughter can remember anything from the past 2 days. she is feeling like that what she is doing is not real. she feels like its all fake. she just starts staring at random things, and she does things but she feels like shes just not thinking about it. i was woundering if i should take her to the hospital she has hdhd and bipolar and she takes medicine but i checked it out and none of them are memor loss and feeling semi real
