Side effect from ESI?

Hi,

I have a herniated disc at L5-S1 and about 2 1/2 weeks ago I had an ESI.

It did help a little bit, but for the past few days, I've noticed that one of my testicles has shrunk, and is generally not feeling very good.

Is this a side effect that anyone has heard of?
 
Ok, just in case anyone wants to know, the Dr. told me there is no way that it was caused by the ESI.

I had shot #2 today, supposed to go for 1 more before the inevitable surgery.
