Sid Meier's Civilization 3 Complete Queston?

Ok whenever I beat one of the Conquests and it goes to add it to the Hall of Fame it automatically closes and it doesn't show that I beat it. How can I fix this? I'm asking because I've heard that when you beat all of them it shows a movie that you can only get by beating all of the Conquests.
