I am working for a french MNC and was the first person to be recruited for a new department. 6 months back another person was recruited and he became closer to the boss by acting over smart and being more pally. I am receiving a second class treatment which is insulting at times. Can you suggest me what should I do. Moreover to add to this I am unable to crack good business. All this is taking toll on my personal life and self confidence.
