Hello everyone,
Was wondering if anyone had issues with their SI joint locking in place? This continues to happen on my right side which then forces all the muscles around it to spasm. I see the chiropractor who can get it back in motion, but within 24 hours it's out again. I've seen mention of an SI belt but don't know much about it yet. If anyone has any worRAB of wisdom or is in a similar situation I would love to hear from you.
