Also, shouldn't the same thing should be true of denial of employment based on lack of a college degree unless it directly pertains to and is necessary for the job - Even then only if the applicant can't demonstrate equivalent experience and/or knowledge?

Especially with the economy the way it's been, doesn't a credit report really only show that a person had a hard time, not necessarily that the person is unethical or immoral?
