shoulder pain, abdominal pain, gallbladder?

Hello. This is my first time posting and because I have a few things going on that I suspect may be connected, I'm not sure where to put this so "General" it is!

I am currently 24. I suffered from a terrible case of cholecystitis (probably spelling it wrong) when I was 14 and had to have my gallbladder removed in an emergency surgery. I was hospitalized for a little over a week after the surgery, because my gallbladder ruptured as they were removing it and consequently they had to poke around a lot longer to get all the stones out, that sort of burst all over me from what I understand.

Anyway, I've been having what I calll phantom gallbladder pain for the past couple of months. I monitor my diet for fat but not as closely as I should. I've been better about it more recently than I had in the past, but this pain started well after I began watching what I ate more closely. I also have a tingling sensation in my left shoulder that is very painful (not on the surface or to the touch). It's actually on my back, on the actual shoulder blade, and it feels like pins and needles combined with muscle strain (although I have not, to my knowledge, strained it).

The thing that bothers me most is the abdominal pain--it is exactly like the pain I had before I had my gallbladder removed. It is in the upper abdomen, right in the middle, beneath the breastbone. It is worse immediately after eating a large meal, regardless of whether the meal was fatty or fat free. It happens randomly as well, however, regardless of whether I've eaten.

It's quite uncomfortable but mostly it makes me nervous. Any ideas?

Sounds like it could be several things. The shoulder thing sounds like a pinched nerve or something along those lines....the pins and needles symptom. The chest pain, since it's in the middle and not underneath your right rib cage sounds like indigestion, GERD, reflux, etc. I'd see either a good internist or maybe a gastro.
