I had shoulder acne and still get it from time to time but to be honest, I just waited and it went naturally, it took about 4 weeks for me. Acne is a very strange thing and can fade either quick or slow. If you don't have any breakouts when you apply soap on it, then go for a really strong soap. If that fails, go see a Doctor.
