Should you use cooking wine when cooking for someone who is pregnant?

It's Holland House white cooking wine and it's says 10% alcohol.
I hear that whole "alcohol cooks out" theory isn't true.. So I am not sure what to do.
I have also heard doctors say that one glass of wine won't hurt baby.. so.. What would you do?
Well.. I like it. I think it's good and I have never heard a complaint.
