Should you be forced to live a lifestyle you do not want?

If you hate the lifestyle of a single person with no hope of ever changing it due to various reasons should you be forced to live? They let terminally ill people die with dignity. I am a 51 year old man who always had the dream/goal of being married and raise a family. I have Bipolar disorder and have overcome every obstacle in my path except for finding someone to love and marry me. I honestly tried my best and worked very hard.
 
ive heard of other bipolar people that get married, maybe you live in the wrong area, moving might help you meet other people that might want to get married to you
