Yes, it would make it easier for spammers to use yahoo answers. But maybe users should only be able to post (x) amount of links per day then!

HTML is totally secure.(nearly 100%.) JavaScript, not so much because you can redirect users or make annoying pop up messages appear.
How about CSS inside of yahoo answers posts? now that would be nifty.
