server for a small business)? BACKGROUND:
Our IT suppliers are telling us that hard disk reliability is such that RAID1 (using 2 hard disks) is sufficient and that we do not need RAID5 (using 3+ hard disks). We are a small company with less than 25 employees.

What are the pros & cons?
Any thoughts?
