Should we take military action if Amanda Knox is believed to be truly innocent?

Well, first off I have a tendency to get off topic, so bear with me. Well, I am not a fan of war, but I consider myself a patriotic American. And as one, I truly believe in the thought of "United we stand, divided we fall", and everything that encompasses. As this is my belief, I feel the same for every neighbor of mine that I do not personally know (Obviously my friends are more important to me, as they would be to any of you), which totals just around 308 million people. I feel we should embrace our nations people as a united people, and if our FBI is given the evidence provided to the Italian government and deems her still innocent, I would say we as a nation would seriously need to consider sanctions against them, and possibly military action (Covert ops most likely).

I don't entirely agree with why we went in to Iraq, but we did take out a "genocidist" (I know the phrase isn't real...consider the phrase coined at this point though, lol). I do agree with why we haven't pulled out of Afghanistan (As making their government stronger means they can fight off insurgents themselves), though I do believe at this point our 2 objectives should be to ensure the safety of the country and it's forming government, and more so and firstly, the capture, and eventual death sentence of Osama Bin Laden. Screw a trial and all that preliminary crap, lets get that bad boy on P.P.V. on some military encrypted channel so it can't be recorded by any means, and that would cure the national debt in a nanosecond.

Everyone with the money to do so would buy that program, but seriously though and back on topic, with the evidence provided thus far it was only a conviction due to her being American. Some people add that it is because she is also a "pretty" American, and while with makeup she could look attractive (As could anyone), she isn't particularly pretty if you ask me. However, this is my opinion, as I don't know her personally (She could be a great person which would then make her look better I suppose). Back on topic again (Sorry), regardless of if she is pretty or not, she is a potentially innocent neighbor of each of ours being railroaded by a foreign government because they do not support our ideals.

I am not saying evidence doesn't exist, and I am not saying enough does either, but not enough evidence alongside what seemed to be a smear campaign against her makes me believe there is reason for inquiry. And if that same inquiry turns in to the popular belief that she is innocent, I think we need to embrace this as a potential reason for war, as the life of one person is just as important as the lives of thousands. I'm not saying if given the choice I would choose 1,000,000 deaths over 1, but I know if she is truly innocent, this cannot happen. I'm sure plenty of people get convicted when they are innocent, but have you ever seen less evidence in a case then this? I mean after all people, we let O.J. walk with all the crap we had on him, so how about we seriously consider evidence now?

Last, you all need to understand I do not support war, I support my fellow American, who is basically what sounds to be quite possibly a political prisoner. I do not believe in someone becoming a martyr, I believe they die in vain of what could have been done to prevent it from happening in the first place. And if you think we as a people can stand by and watch our men and women die for a cause such as the sanctity of another nation, we need to stand firm and defend our own people just as much, if not more-so. What all my extra banter was before was to show you all I don't know this woman, nor am I attracted to her, but I still feel we need to get her back as she is one of us.

PS: Our government doesn't own us as a people, but they should attempt to own our trust. If everyone embraced their own nations, and forgot about everyone else for a second, this world would be far better off. And I believe if our government wants our faith and trust, this is a must do if this woman is truly innocent. What is your opinion/belief?

PPS: Sorry, but I know some of you are going to attempt to be critical of my opinion, and I truly don't care as I never said I supported war, nor do I support a large scale one just for 1 person (Again, I said covert). I know none of you have said so yet, but there is always a moron in the bunch, and this will only prove you that much more retarded.
Again, as I said the majority are uninformed people not reading the majority of the article, but I guess it is long. However, if you are prepared to comment on something, you make yourself seem pretty ignorant when you do so without reading all that I wrote.

And btw, her prints were on the handle, but not the edge of the blade that meets the handle, which means she handled the knife prior to it being used in a crime, not that she used it herself. Naturally, a knife slides when you stab someone, and the more pressure you put in to actually stabbing the person, the closer your prints move to the blade itself. What if she cooked a chicken with that knife prior to the murder happening, any of you tards think of that one?

He and her two boyfriends are guilty of murdering a young female exchange student.
The only reason there is any questioning of the verdict is that they are all from rich famulies with plenty of money to spend on lawyers.
