School vouchers is one way to achieve that and it is gaining in support.
I believe the idea is, instead of paying a tax towards what a parent may feel is an inadequate education system, that they get a "voucher" or tax credit, to use at a school of their choice.
I'm all for it.
Washington DC has some of the worst schools.. and Obama killed the plan to honor school vouchers there. But know he seems to be open to the idea.
