I think its time we dealt with China. It's been about cheap labour versus human rights for to long now. The American wars for democracy over the years have given way to financial greed, dealing with a country with an appauling human rights record.
China wishes to show its a member of the civilised world by hosting the Olympic games, but now hundreds of people are dead in a country which China took by force and yet the west sits back and does nothing, and why?
Because wallmart can have socks made there at a fraction of the cost they could in the U.S.A, so American jobs go and China makes some money and Wallmart makes a huge profit selling the socks to Americans.
Well in my humble op, its time we said, actually, if you wish to play with us then you need to stop torture, murder and genocide.
Until they bow to international pressure, I say not only boycot the games but stop buying products which were 'Made in China.'
