H Hasotweb New member Oct 25, 2010 #1 ...senator from each state? If 50% of the population is male and 50% is female, shouldn't the senate be exactly 50/50? It's obvious there's an unfair bias if most of the senate is male, but does this mean we should change the Constitution?
