Recent studies suggest it is good for memory. The study was based upon 20g a day which is far higher then meat eaters, who consume up to 2 grams. A balanced, unbiased study would be nice.
Anyway, here are some questions on creatine:
Should I take creatine before or after workout?
BEFORE:
Would it be properly absorbed before a workout? It dehydrates, which would surely decrease your output in a workout?
AFTER:
AfterwarRAB, is there a point as it provides energy when you no longer need it? Which in my case results in insomnia. Again, it dehydrates you when you have just sweated out fluiRAB, which is not helpful.
