Should USA be taken to Hague court for dropping nuclear bombs (two) on Japan in 1945?

Spare us the Sophomoric drivel.

1. Japan is solely and totally responsible for the Atomic Bombs that were used on it since they were the ones who instigated the war.

2. Ever heard of the Rape of Nanking? Ever heard of the Baatan Death March? Try actually studying a little history before you presume to educate us adults on it.
 
It wasn't a crime against humanity, it was an act of war during a war. We're not sorry we won the war and we're not asking for Japan's reasoning for the attack on Pearl Harbor.
