They claim to be intelligent, thats why they want to or are already at uni. They harp on about how they cant afford uni, how it should be about intelligence not money....well did any of them actually read the information.
It clearly states that the loans wont have to be paid back till you ar earning £25, 000 a year, and that will be the lowest repayments....so surely those who are the brightest will get the best jobs, earning £50,000+ a year will be able to pay off these loans no problem. If you earn less than 25k then you dont pay anything back, and to be honest if after 4 years of uni, claiming to be intelligent if you can get a job paying more than £25, 000 after a few years then uni was a waste of time and money.
Not to mention students want free uni's.....why should my hard earned taxes go towards funding you to stay at uni for a year and drop out and get pissed. On my course there were 52 of us at the start, after year 1 there was on 37. I rest my case.
