Should there be laws against women who don't let their husbands do the housework?

My cousin doesn't let her husband do the housework because she feels it's a woman's job. They both work. Her job is part-time but isn't it unfair? Come on...She shouldn't let him get away from doing housework so easily. Husbands should share at least 50% of the housework. Does any agree?
Such women have no idea that how prmitive, how outdated they sound when they talk like this.
